ANGA CABLE 2009 was held in Cologne, Germany from May 26 to May 28. Being German’s largest professional broadcasting trade show, it attracts many operators, system integrators, distributors and equipment suppliers across Europe to attend. 

Being a consistent exhibitor in the past few years, Wellav has continued to receive sustainable visitors although the total number of visitors at ANGA has been impacted by the economy crisis this year. 

At ANGA, WellAV showcased the latest products both in Headend and receivers:

* UMH150 IRD: With QPSK/QAM/COFDM/S2 tuner input, with ASI out, SDI out, IP output, the UMH150 could be used in many different business applications. This new product received very impressive response and requests from our customers.

* UMH260 Encoder/Multiplexer: Essentially, this new equipment combines 6 Encoders, 2 ASI in and 1 Multiplexer into one-U unit.  This newly designed model with competitive cost attracts eyes from many existing customers and new customers. Several have expressed their interest in buying.

* HD STB: Wellav showed the latest WCD7000 series HD STB and H.264 SD DVB-T STB including WHD7000C HD DVB-C, WHD7000T HD DVB-T, WHD7000S HD DVB-S, and WCD6000T H.264 SD DVB-T Receiver. With the perfect HD system Demo, it delivers a good impression to customers.
